At least one in five Kiwi kids is overweight, and if you listen to the grumpy grown-up's, today's youth spend more time on computer games, than on physical exertion.
That has prompted one Auckland company to set up a personal training service just for kids, and they say business is booming.
So are trainers for teens and children an extravagant expense, or are they a valuable way to boost kid's confidence and stem the obesity epidemic.
