I think paul watson should resign and let pete run the fleet. Pete I appreciate what you do. Paul Watson should let the fleet be run by someone else who can lead and train more effectively*

Leonard, really? Come on you must be in la-la land. "Harassing legal whalers should not be tolerated" Wake up they are "hunting" in a whale sanctuary! Guess you forget that part, huh? So, IF they are conducting research, let's see what they have found out that helps cure something, etc...There isn't any research going on. And they did ram the Ady Gil, which had you seen the footage, you would know is illegal, immoral, and just wrong. Even if he was sitting in the cockpit doesn't mean they were able to move! Wow, you need really to wake up. Why don't you go put your head in the sand, move to Japan and eat that Mercury filled whale meat they falsely lable as something else. Watch "The Cove" and then come back with something intelligent.

Why is no-one interested in the fact that the Ady Gil was actually sunk by a vessel under the command of Paul Shepherd? The rejection of Bethune for any further anti-whaling action is probably part of Watson's efforts to make sure that Bethune never would take any publicity away from Watson. Making sure the Gil sunk was an effective way to remove any future high profile protesting by Bethune.

Thank you Pete!
I have more than enough by looking around and see how fast life is dying on Earth!
There is no respect for life anymore and I see how the Oceans turn red!
The slaughter of whales, dolphins and sharkfinning..not even to mention the pollution, the oil spills.
I have a lot of respect for Warriors who stand TALL and I hope it is an inspiration and the start of ending all animalcruelty, like bearfarming ect.
I do hope to see the value of life again and that greed will be done!
There is no honour in keeping our (animalrights/humanrights/eco-)warriors in prison!
Thank you for taking care of the Future.
Best blessings, support and safety to you!
Cheerio from the Netherlands :)

Nathan

Many people have vision problems and don't even realize it. You may be one of these people. I suggest you get to an optometrist.

The crew of the Ady Gil has publically stated that the vessel was in motion prior to the collision. The crew statements to the Australian Maritime Safety Authority included the fact they were in motion and also indicated that the Shonan Maru's course stayed steady at 30 degrees true throughout the incident. The AMSA specific highlighted the statements by the crew that the Shonan Maru didn't alter course.

So you can believe your eyes but I will believe the statements of the crew of the Ady Gil.
