BP and Shell dropped prices overnight

The cost of fuel has fallen for the fourth time in a fortnight.

BP and Shell moved within a short time of each other last night to reduce petrol and diesel prices by another 3c a litre.

The cuts come on the back of a stronger NZ dollar and cheaper refined oil.
