Glen MacDonald, who was being sought by police following the shooting of another man in South East Auckland on Sunday night, has been found.

MacDonald was located close to the police station in Manukau about 8.30am today, and was now being spoken to by the investigation team, police spokeswoman Ana-Mari Gates-Bowey said.

The vehicle police had been looking for in connection with the case had also been located.

It was found yesterday in an Auckland City Car Park and was seized at 4pm.

Police would not comment on the possibility of charges being laid against MacDonald.
