A prisoner who escaped from Christchurch Hospital last night was so focused on his bid for freedom he didn't stop to remove his hospital gown or handcuffs.
Neil Anderson, 46, fled after 5pm last night, bolting across Hagley Park towards the Botanical Gardens.
He's not considered dangerous.
