He's right - and women do better in English and other exams - but the woman author of this piece was probably not responsible for the caption! And women now outperforming men in school and university exams is not reflected in pay levels - with even women graduates on average earning less than men in similar occupations. At the same time, female dominated work continues to be undervalued with respect to the skills involved relative to male dominated work. The campaign must go on.

Caption accompanying this item read: "WOMENS' WORK" Please teach your caption writer how the possessive apostrophe works. It's not as if it's all that difficult. The apostrophe goes directly after the person (people) who possess the "work".
