Good luck guys, we protested till the cows came home in Dunedin against the DCC wanting to blow 200mil $ on a plastic rugby field, all to no avail, that was with 78% of ratepayers against it and we weren't up against the Govt here, so you are probably wasting your time and energy, elected bodies dont care what their constituents think, us mere peasants should shut up and and not challenge autocratic rule.
