There’s a double-whammy for Radiohead fans today – along with the release of their new album, The King of Limbs, the band will also be releasing a special newspaper called The Universal Sigh at various locations around the world.

In New Zealand, the paper – whose contents are a mystery – will be handed out in Auckland outside Real Groovy Records at 12pm, Ripitup.co.nz reports.

Radiohead’s official website for the newspaper says:

To commemorate this momentous occasion, Radiohead have produced a newspaper which will be given away, free, gratis, without cost to the consumer by accredited vendors from a multitude of locations worldwide...Our dedicated teams of newspaper delivery people will be handing out copies of The Universal Sigh to anyone who wants one, until we run out!”

The King of Limbs will be released on CD and vinyl in stores and also on iTunes.

Fans looking to get their mitts on The Universal Sigh should note this is not the newspaper that accompanies the Newspaper Album version of The King of Limbs which is not due for release until May 9.
