Government valuation must changed as alot of people are loosing out on many aspects and not only the earthquarke damages but what other the people spends on improving their property around New Zealand.

Unbelievable that the government are trying to justify paying half GV when through NO fault of their own these people are completely unable to insure their land in the first place. So very unfair when adjoining properties in the same predicament are paid full GV just because the people have a house on the land. DO THE RIGHT THING GERRY

Thanks to the amazing team at Campbell Live for supporting Red section owners. It is not too late for John Key and Gerry Brownlee to do the right thing and offer these 65 section owners 100% RV, just like the other 7500 plus property owners in the Red zone.
