Four to five metre swells have pushed Rena twice and there are fears the rough ride may have increased the oil leak.

The sea conditions were initially perfect for this and SURELY a vessel with capacity and pumps could have been organised within 24hours?? It was like a mill-pond out there. If they used those 300 trained people as supervisers we could have 2000 people down there tomorrow..if the govt sanctioned it.
