We viewers look on at disgust at the photo of an elderly woman strapped down on a bed. For entertainment pleasure the photo will be available for years to come. But we won't dwell on it too much because we might actually take too deep a look at the fact she was only used as a means of 'evidence'. I feel for the family members of this woman who were not given the chance...the whistleblower stood in front of the cameras groomed and presentable, she was asked and she gave permission to be filmed. If she truly thought about the concerns of that woman and not the needs to shut the rest home down, she would of contacted the family...the daughter was already in there gathering 'evidence' she would have plenty opportunity to get the contact details of the womans family. The ministry acted on the evidence and did what was needed. It may seem cavalier but the whisleblower being a caregiver should be well versed in the Health and Disability code of rights, the right to be treated with 'respect' is top of the list. Disappointed...but not surprised, the media does not abide by the Health and disability code of rights

Jan, please learn the story, and not the Campbell live media circus. Thankfully the daughter of this lady is speaking out against these claims, against these scum who think they can take photo's of people and leak them to the media. Come on John, have the balls to interview the family and apologise to them for what you have done.

Yes shut down the rest home, you can't just go on treating our elderly like such, this our country where we respect our old folks, other countries they throw them around like sack of potatoes and we don't want that bad attitute in our country..
