Nelson flooding is only normal in all winter and nothing knew, a weather warning signs at all time to kiwis folks or tourist travelling West Coast is appropriate..

My family were to strat their holiday today and attend a family 21st in Christchurch tomorrow. Another family was due to go to Nelson to have their baby. Officials are saying it could be up to 3 days before the road is fixed. Why aren't they making a track that people can get through in the mean time?
