Former All Black Robin Brooke is back in the spotlight with new allegations he had sex with a woman while she was drunk and comatose 12 years ago.
It is also claimed he later paid $1,500 in compensation and that the New Zealand Rugby Union knew about the incident.
The latest accusation levelled at Brooke comes just months after he apologised for groping a teenage girl and assaulting her friend while holidaying in Fiji.
An anonymous woman, appearing on TVNZ's Close Up last night, said Brooke had sex with her in 1998 while she was unconscious.
The programme said the teen's friend and a flatmate had sworn affidavits corroborating her claims.
The man charged by the Rugby Union with investigating the complaints 12 years ago was Mike Banks, the then All Black manager.
Mr Banks says at the time, sex was not mentioned at all and that he apologised to the flatmates and offered support from the Rugby Union.
NZRU spokesman Brian Finn says the union is yet to see the story and will not be commenting on it at the present time.
The women say they went public with their allegations after Robin Brooke claimed earlier this year his drunken grope of a teenager in Fiji at New Years was a one-off.
