Australian newspapers are reporting former Kiwi businessman Herman Rockefeller died after a fight broke out when he turned up at a swingers’ house – with no partner.

It’s believed the millionaires sexual advances were rejected when he arrived alone, using the name Andy Kingston.

Newspapers say police think Mr Rockefeller had promised to bring his wife. When she didn’t appear an argument broke out, which lead to his death.

It is also being reported his body was dismembered with a $99 chainsaw bought from a Bunnings store.
