James Blake and team will set off from the Sydney Harbour Bridge

A team of four kiwi rowers - including Sir Peter Blake's son James - is about to set off from Sydney to cross the Tasman Sea in a ten metre boat.

 

The start line is the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the team hope to row under the Auckland Harbour Bridge before Christmas, beating the current 31 day record.
