Rugby World Cup and sex, together again

Fri, 19 Aug 2011 8:00a.m.

It seems you can't get away from it in the run-up to the Rugby World Cup – sex.

With Telecom dumping their campaign to "Abstain for the Game" after a public outcry,we now have "Play Fair, Play Safe".

Auckland's Sexual Health Service has borrowed rugby imagery to encourage World Cup supporters to avoid unprotected sex.

Spokesman Nick Laing says people need to consider STDs, so free condoms will be provided.

"About 10,000, which isn't a huge amount given how many people we've got coming in here," says Mr Laing.

Posters will be put up in bars and backpacker hostels.

I have herpes and I am an engineer who works for the largest STD dating and support site STDslove. com. I have to tell you a secret, you can choose not to believe me. But the truth is that this site has more than 1,880,000 members and about 80% members are good looking in my estimation. Unfortunately, STD rates soar worldwide and most people with STDs don't even know that they have them. The government should grant more money for STD education to lower the rates of STD transmission.
