Convicted drug trafficker Schapelle Corby has applied for presidential clemency, five years after she was convicted for smuggling marijuana into Bali.
The Australian was convicted in May 2005 and sentenced to 20 years in an Indonesian prison.
Corby has filed a clemency application with the Denpasar District Court, saying she is suffering from depression which could endanger her life.
She has asked for her sentence to be reduced.
A registrar at the court told the Associated Press that clemency decisions in Indonesia can take months.
