It is the time of year when New Zealand parents start preparing themselves to sit through their child's end of year concert, play or musical.

But at Pahoia Primary School the production was so big it has become a feature length film, called The Great Stone of Isthgul.

The film stars the students from the school, and is also made by the students - with a little help from their teachers.

The Great Stone of Isthgul will premiere this Friday at Baycourt in Tauranga.

Campbell Live goes behind the scenes to see how it all came together.
