The brother-in-law of murdered Feilding farmer Scott Guy is due back in court today.
The 31-year-old Mr Guy was gunned down on the driveway of his Aorangi Road home in July last year.
Ewen MacDonald, who's married to Mr Guy's sister Anna, was charged with his murder last month.
Mr MacDonald denies any involvement in the killing and has said he will fight the murder charge.
