Selling virginity: an enterprising money-maker?

Should online auction sites allow this kind of sale?

Should online auction sites allow this kind of sale?

A 19-year-old university student is selling her virginity to the highest bidder online to pay her university fees.

The ad states that she has made the decision with “full awareness of the circumstances and possible consequences”.

Is virginity overrated, or given away too easily? Do you think 'Unigirl' will regret her decision, or has she come up with an enterprising way to make a quick buck?

Should she suck it up like many students before her and get a 'real' job?

Should online auction sites allow this kind of sale?

I do not look down on prossies because they are pros, I look down on them because they believe that even I look down on them. If someone would be paid by tv for walking on dirty pieces of glass, it would be more risky than prossy-job - yet people seem to project some Value into anything to do with sx. That is wack..

It's her body her choice, so long as she is well aware of what she is getting into who are we to judge, I have seem many people do whatever they can when they need money and prostitution is by far the easiest and most legal way to do so. Prostitution is legal, and you can buy pretty much anything on the net these days. I don't see what the big deal is, it's her choice and she is the one that will have to square with it should she have any problems, I don't think any less of someone either for being a prostitute we do what we can to make ends meet and there are those who just enjoy the job. People are just afraid of the different and out there, I say good on her, she is very brave to so something like this and at the same time in a business sense 45k is a sweet deal. I remember whe3n I lost my virginity to my then boyfriend, if I knew I could get 45k for my viginity I would have done the same instead of wasting it with a guy I thought I loved but he just wanted to get into my pants. I mean thats one hell of a way to loose your virginity and its a damn site better then some other ways that girls wind up loosing theirs these days.

I just hope she doesn't regret this for the rest of her life - end up with mental health issues as a result - unable to work in the field she studies in as a result and ends up a sickness beneficiary

Well, prostitution is now legal, so no problems there. Students have been turning to prostitution for decades to pay thier fees, so no change there. Auction site? Well you can buy most items/services on-line now so no problems there either.
As far as selling virginity though-the enterprising young prostitute has obviously lost the charm and appeal of the young virgin that she is pretending to be, and wheteher she has had penetrative sex before or not I doubt that the winning bidder will get anything more out of the experience than if he simple went to th eneares red light district and picked up any old hooker.
Another point-I am quite sure that the student/prostitute's Uni fees will not be covered by one loss of viginity, so I wonder how many times she will sell her "virginity" before she graduates?
Lastly, I sincerely hope she doesn't get hurt.
