One would have to ask why a chief executive being paid in excess of a million dollars per year are not found accountable by both the public and ministry of health for fraud that occurred over so many years. Perhaps national's pledge to restructure the beaurocracy and multiple levels of unproductive senior and middle management within our area health boards might prevent such fraud occurring in the first place ? I suggest an investigation should be made into why such fraud went unnoticed for so many years and whether it's occurance was hoodwinked for a reason.
