Pathetic journalism, using a "blink" photo when there were a range of normal photos of this guy available. he did a mad thing, doesn't mean you should use the one photo that makes him look like a madman. Better to use one of the normal photos so people can understand that normal neigbours can actually be madmen, and that not all madmen have bulging eyes.
