Should Bill English resign over his handling of South Canterbury Finance?

Labour's finance spokesman David Cunliffe thinks so, as does leader Phil Goff.

the labour guarantee that national jointly agreed to ,expired in march 2010. the gov't should never have renewed that guarantee , they were told by treasury ,scf was a worry but english and key renewed it. a $1.2 billion mistake. theyshould both resign. key lied to nz when he said he inherited a mess when the facts are he and english against advice ,renewed the guarantee. resign yes!!
