Former prisoner Carl Drewett says he's made a mistake but the question is, who should pay for it?

A white supremacist, Drewett had the "skinhead" tattoo inked across his forehead while in prison. But now he regrets it and wants it removed. Problem is, he doesn't have $2500 to do it.  

He is on home detention for offences including drink driving.

Late this afternoon he spoke exclusively with Campbell Live reporter Jendy Harper.
