Hip-hop superstar Snoop Dogg is giving one lucky fan the opportunity to watch him at work in the studio as part of a charity auction.

The ‘Drop It Like It's Hot’ hitmaker has agreed to allow the winning bidder to join him as he works on new material for his next album. The devotee will also get the chance to ride to the studio in one of Snoop's customised cars.

Wealthy fans have until 3 August to bid on the CharityBuzz.com package, which is valued at an estimated US$50,000.

The majority of money raised will be donated to organic organisation Urban Farming, while a small portion will also benefit the rapper's Snoop Youth Football League.
