Sexy Colombian actress Sofia Vergara has been crowned the Most Desirable Woman of 2012 in a new men's survey.
The Modern Family star's famous curves helped her clinch the title in the AskMen.com poll to find the top 99 females who set readers' pulses racing.
Vergara, who came in third last year, beat Sports Illustrated model Kate Upton, Oscar nominee Rooney Mara and Orlando Bloom's supermodel wife Miranda Kerr to the number one spot.
Hollywood stunner Scarlett Johansson, Nicki Minaj, Emma Stone and socialite Kim Kardashian also made the top 10.
Meanwhile, Brad Pitt's ex-wife Jennifer Aniston and current partner Angelina Jolie were notable absentees - both actresses failed to win over the AskMen.com audience and missed out on a spot on the countdown.
The newcomers to the new list include Middleton sisters Pippa and Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge. The royal bride just missed out on a top 10 spot at 11, while her stunning sibling debuts at 98.
