It's understood that Sonny Bill Williams will soon announce he's switching back to Rugby League.

The 26-year-old has long been linked to a return to the NRL, but there has been much speculation as to what exactly he will decide to do with his sporting future.

It was announced earlier this week that an announcement of his decision would soon be made.

So Fredrick the 13 man code is simplistic? That is always the argument aimed at rugby league just because rugby union has more components. Well so what. Football is simplistic and it dominates world sport. I can feel the jealousy from you, just because he wants to return to a ganme that is far more intense and exciting than union. Get over it! You'll watch him play league and salvate once over him again. You'll see the real SBW, not the artificial player her has become in union!

If as expected Sonny Bill flees the village as it were then let him do his thing. The mindless morons @ NZRU need to get over it (him.) There is no doubt he would be an asset, however, if his choice of game is the 13 man simplistic one, then that says it all! Why bother with him and what he wants. He is only at the end of the or the start of the day; one player. If there weren't other players whose commitment and skills available then NZ Rugby you don't need to accomodate him?
