I suspect the Police have to take a positive line on this. For years the advise has been to stop kids getting lollies from elderly men and now the public send them out (often unattended) to visit their homes. This is a celebration we could do without. No positives, bad for health, bad for teeth and annoys the hell out of a lot of people who don't even like kids.

Jesus!! Lol the police must be finding it incredibly hard to catch criminals now so they are toughening up on lil children ..the only ones they can catch

oopps i better not be to disrespectful the police have unlimited power to hack my computer!! YAY POLICE STATE TERRORISM:P
