He only became the president one month ago and he's already in prison - albeit a self-imposed one.

Otago University Students Association president Logan Edgar is spending two freezing cold days and nights locked in a cage on the university lawn.

He’s protesting against a bill, sponsored by ACT’s Heather Roy, which would make membership of student associations voluntary.
