Martyn Payne came to New Zealand seven years ago, invested his life savings in a successful Northland business - but was kicked out earlier this year because immigration thought he was a health risk.

Campbell Live campaigned for him, and with help from the Motor Trade Association - he got an eight month visa to come back to become a permanent resident.

But now, he fears he might be kicked out all over again.

This story is just the worst reflection of red tape in N.Z. When nationals from other countries are imprisoned here at huge costs the acceptance is granted, what a load of bollocks being shoved around on the pretext of ministers doing their jobs, crap crap and more crap, wake up.
