British pop trio Sugababes will have to find a new name following a big legal victory for singer Mutya Buena.

Buena, who quit the all-girl group in 2005, has allegedly won a battle over the rights to the band name.

In a post on her Facebook.com page, the victorious 'Hole in the Head' singer writes, "I won the official name of the Sugababes now!!! I deserve this! I’m over the moon!".

The current Sugababes - Heidi Range, Amelle Berrabah and Jade Ewen - doesn't feature an original member of the group.

Reports suggest Buena now plans to reunite with former bandmate Keisha Buchanan as the Sugababes.
