Heidi Range says she doesn’t need to add anymore curves to her already shapely figure.
The Sugababes singer hates drawing attention to her body shape and wears clothes to flatter her assets.
The longest-serving member of the girl group said: "I like girly things like Moschino and Preen dresses. I loved Stella McCartney's autumn/winter 2009-10 collection with the lace panelled dresses; I don't need to add curves so I like things that accent my waist."
The 26-year-old singer said burlesque star Dita Von Teese – famed for her nipped-in waist - was one of her style icons.
She said: “I saw her at a party once. She was just as you would imagine. She had such a presence - everyone just turned to look at her as she walked past. I actually borrowed a dress once that she had worn to Cannes. It was the greatest moment that I fitted in to Dita's dress!"
Heidi’s bandmate Jade Ewen credited ‘Disturbia’ star Rihanna as one of her fashion icons.
She told Vogue.com: “I love the Balmain shoulder. I’ve never been very curvy so I love that the big shoulder look gives me shape – although some of my friends are like, ‘are you sure?!’”
