After many confrontations and dramas outside my store with the clamper I had enough so upgraded to a towing firm. Now those that park there are towed and charged 4 times more than what the clamp cost to remove.

A car is a car no matter who is driving it and if it is using a park that is someone elses then of course it is clamp/clout fodder. Clout pays taxes like the rest of us he deserves protection from the police not threats from them. I hope the police heirachy are being as proactive about this abuse of power.
