An assistant principal who posted ‘racy’ photos of herself on her Facebook page has been cleared by her school of violating any professional standards.
Glen Eden Intermediate teacher Kylie Fullerton, 34, used a photo of herself in a red bikini as her Facebook profile picture which ended up being circulated by students, TVNZ reports. A second photo showed her in black lace underwear.
However in a newsletter to parents this week, the school’s board of trustees chairman Patrick Baker and principal Terry Hewetson said she had not violated any of the Teachers Council’s professional standards.
Students did not have access to Ms Fullerton’s personal page, they said, and there were no links between her page and the official school website.
