A teenager tasered by police at a West Auckland campsite after an alleged stabbing has appeared in court today, facing numerous charges.
Police were called to the Swanson Caravan Park at 4pm yesterday, where they found an 18-year-old man with two large knives.
A taser was used on the man when he refused to put the knives down.
He appeared in Waitakere District Court today charged with possession of an offensive weapon, wilful damage and three assault charges.
