Well i think thats stupi, why should the parents be held accountable because these teens are at the age where they between right and wrong, and dont be so judgemental on a situation you know nothing about.

Excuse me people who are writing comments keep your opinions to yourselves they are not angry disturbed teens thank you so get it right, you don't know them I do so say nothing at all, They have a right for a fair trial and for people to not judge them as they say Innocent till proven Guilty!!!

Theres seem to be very angry and disturbed teens. What has happened in their own life to make them do this to another human? Their parents should be responsible and accountable too for their behaviour.
