Terry Serepisos has lost his Wellington city headquarters and another of his companies as his business empire continues to crumble.
Receivers from Deloitte have been appointed to take control of Century City Investments, which owns the ASB tower on Hunter Street.
Serepisos recently lost control of the Wellington Phoenix football team and was declared bankrupt, owing more than $22 million.
