The Hills star Jason Wahler is behind bars in Washington after he was booked on assault charges last week.
Officials at the Yakima County Jail, near Seattle, have confirmed Lauren Conrad's ex-boyfriend is spending time at their facility.
The 22-year-old was arrested in Seattle and charged with assault and minor drinking.
A source tells RadarOnline.com, Wahler will serve at least 80 days behind bars.
Last year, the reality TV star was ordered into rehab after he punched a tow truck driver in the face and he was jailed in 2007 after fighting in the lobby of a Seattle hotel.
