It is so very good to see The Lion King back.

This is the original classic with Simba, Mufasa, Scar, that fat funny farting warthog Pumbaa, is now in 3D.

The sequels never came close to this original Lion King and it’s been a decade since we saw it last in cinemas.  It hasn't aged a day.

I have got to say, having the opportunity to see this awesome Oscar and Golden Globe winner on the big screen was such a treat.

There are a few extras visually to add to the 3D experience and the joy of sharing this classic family favourite with a new generation (my nieces loved it) was very cool.

So sing along and make an idiot of yourself. I know I did.

I was born one year after the release of this movie. I have grown up with it but have never gotten the chance to watch it in the cinema..... Until now!!!!! Am so pumped to go see it. I spent an entire art lesson singing songs from it until we were told to shut up :)
