Antonio Banderas is back speaking his mother tongue as a brilliant surgeon who has pioneered a synthetic skin.
His methods however are far from conventional, and as it slowly transpires, his motives are equally as warped.
This is an R16 watch and a film which embodies a multitude of genres, jam-packed with a delightful array of surprises making it an entirely entertaining watch.
Four stars.
