Rockers The Strokes have returned to the studio to begin recording new music, just one month after making their chart comeback with Angles.
The New York band released their first album in five years in March, but they are not planning on keeping fans waiting too long for their next project and are already starting work on fresh material.
Bassist Nikolai Fraiture broke the news to his Twitter.com followers on Monday, writing, "Super excited to go in to the studio today and work on some new ideas! I'll keep you posted."
