We're always hearing about amazing breakthroughs in the medical world, but why should all that cutting edge whizz-bangery be reserved for two-legged patients?

We meet a very talented and flamboyant vet who's pioneered bionic limbs for animals. He recently made international headlines when he fitted Oscar the cat with a dashing new set of titanium legs.

In fact, the procedure has been so successful; it is now being used in human operating theatres.
