The miracle underwater survival

Most fatal vehicle accidents are plain tragic, but this one also contains a miracle.
An eight-year-old girl who survived for roughly 90 minutes, trapped upside down in a vehicle almost totally submerged in water.
It should be a great story, but her nine-year-old brother died in the same accident.
