A Florida judge has dismissed a paternity case filed by porn star Devon James against world No.1 golfer Tiger Woods.

James, whose real name is Melinda Brinling alleged Woods was the father of her nine-year-old son Austin.

Woods and Bringling reportedly had an relationship in 2001.

Another man named Pele Watkins was said to be the child’s father but refused a DNA test and was never officially named the father.

Watkins failed to show up at court today and the case was thrown out.
