6 weeks PAID leave...where do I sign. Sounds like a good deal to me. Tells as much about his poor quality management team as it does about him. I smell a Tui's advert coming on.

6 weeks paid leave due to lack of judgement....THAT IS NOT A PUNISHMENT!!! You might as well have said to her "Here, go have a lovely 6wks paid holiday with your family over the Christmas holidays, see you back in the new year".... PATHETIC. ZERO accountability!!!
