Six months ago, Aucklander Glenda Mullany decided she wanted to raise some money for Women’s Refuge.
The idea was simple – complete a 12 kilometre obstacle course, and raise some money for a worthy cause.
She asked a couple of senior IT executives if they would be keen to join her. They said yes, but insisted they set the bar a big higher.
And so, the Four Peaks Challenge was born.
Glenda, Jonathan Iles and Pat O’Connell have been training ever since, and fundraising hard. At the end of last week they set off on their big walk.
So how did they do?
