When you think of aggressive rollerblading or stunt skating you think less sequins, make-up and lycra and more back flips, grinds and other death-defying moves.
But the rock musical on roller skates, Starlight Express, is gearing up for its New Zealand debut.
And top UK stunt skater Matt King's come all the way down under to test New Zealand's rollerblading talents.
King is a top man his field, but it's come at a cost.
He's had eight broken bones all up, some dislocations and ligament damage, but it's never deterred him.
He says skating is his life and was even wearing skates when he got hitched in Vegas.
Six people have been shortlisted for the role in Starlight Express so far, but auditions are still open. So if you think stunt skating looks easy, you're in for a chance.
