A United States congressman has been trying to explain how a lewd picture of a man in his underpants was sent to a 21-year-old woman from his Twitter account.
The scandal's gone viral and is perhaps in part not helped by the fact that the congressman's name is Weiner.
The fallout is only just starting to be felt by Congressman Weiner.
