38-year-old actress Uma Thurman will follow in the footsteps of Liv Tyler, Marie Steiss and Justin Timberlake by becoming the latest celebrity to represent the designer fragrance brand.
Representatives for Givenchy confirmed: "Uma will be the face of a new women's fragrance that is slated to launch in Europe this fall, with a possible launch in the US in 2010."
At the moment, details of the fragrance remain under wraps but the upmarket beauty label - owned by LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton - is expected to be launched in September.
The 38-year-old star has previously fronted campaigns for other LVMH-owned labels including Tag Heuer and Louis Vuitton.
Meanwhile, former face of the brand Liv has attended a party to celebrate Nicolas Degennes' - the creative director of makeup at Parfums Givenchy - 10-year anniversary at the company.
The event was held at the Parisian museum Palais de Tokyo, and the 31-year-old star took the time to share her favourite spring beauty buy with fans.
She said: "Right now I'm obsessed with this nail polish!"
The colour - called 106 Sweet Coral - is part of Givenchy's spring-summer makeup collection and is available worldwide.
