The Government's recovery package for Christchurch was supposed to bring resolution to the people of Christchurch.

But instead the green zone wishes they were the red zone.

The red wish they were green.

And the orange wishes they were not orange.

CERA has been holding community meetings throughout the city’s red zones to explain to people where they stand.

But many residents felt they did not get what they wanted.

it's a mess alright,hard to believe there was no agreement between the gov't and insurance companies before john key made the announcement .pretty poor planning,if this happened in the private sector there would be calls for someones head to roll. people have had enough sinse sept still things are not settled. shocking.
